Abba Stand

I'm after getting a Abba stand what do people think of them they are about £95 not cheap but i want to be able to take my forks out and re-seal the. The only other option is the head stock left and rear paddock stand but they work out more cheers for your opinions.  :D

Abba stands are good but if you are taking your forks out you usualy need a jack as well ... mine dosent lift the whole bike up ... iv used a jack with the abba satnd a few times and had no problems ... used it to change the forks to usd ones ... bought mine over the net off em was £105 includin the adapters for the bike

cheers for that info ive looked on eBay and there on the site for just less than 95 thats posted and with the fittings. have a beer on me. :D

Well go my ABBA stand yestarday and its tops very easy to put bike onto the stand and very safe. Removed my forks will get some new tubes next week, Dropped my center and right side fairing and bellie pan off to be sprayed at coour crazy £140 to do the job which i think is a good price well ill hopefully be back on the road to see you made buggers at donny. Will try and get some pics to post keep your fingers crossed for me.   :D  ;D

I cant reccomend the ABBA stand enough, got one on eBay last year and the bikes always on it when it's in the garage, easy to use, I've even got the knak of putting it on by my loansome in less than a minute, they've also brought out new adaptors to enable you to get the swingarm off.  Potential downers however, in my less than patient days of first fitting it i have managed to put a few nice scrapes on the frame :(  Only myself to blame for using brute strength and ignorance!
