We are now trying out a tyre supplier from a leading BSB race team..

these WILL BE just off the bike FACTORY FRESH TYRES AND NON OF YOUR USUAL 3 YEAR OLD EBAY SHITE!

most/all of them will be the latest compound 09 maufactured tyres and have 20miles use so they are scrubs (so no taking it easy to bed them in)

I believe the common ones for sale are Super Corsa pro and as it stands at this moment, he only has the super sticky SC1 compounds but this will over the next month or two extend to SC2 SC3 (medium/ hard compounds)

They also have on stock, slicks and wet tyres

if this info is of use to anyone:

i tried an sc1 compound rear on my zx10r last year, although it gave excellent grip and confidence

it lasted one trackday before it was ripped to pieces.

TBH i wouldn't use another purely down to the costs, i would stick with the sc2 rears.

they're probably not as prone to chewing up on a 600 either

but not sure as i've not tried them on a 600.

True enough but the point is an SC2 will hold up to cold tearing a little longer than an SC1 and will last longer too.

Yeah, I remember,  saved me a bloody fortune 

a after I used them, a mate took them off me and is still running them off on his road bike now
