Finaly got round to stripping the C90 this weekend ready to respray and fit the new engine.

before.

That explains why the headlight didn't work

140cc and 14 BHP in a box

old engine out.

Current state of play another couple of hours and the forks and swingarm will be off then its time to clean it up ready for painting.

about 500 notes, and I still have to work out how to fit a clutch lever 'cos this ones a manual box :LOL

I can't believe its so long since I started this. just got the frame back from the sandblasters, wasn't expecting to have to get it welded! :yikes
Oh well I should have expected it really it is 30 years old

Just got the frame and forks back from my mate who's sprayed it for me. This is starting to get expensive :yikes














Now I just have to put it all back together again. :LOL

Just a quick update, rebuilt the front forks today and put them back on the frame. The head bearings were a real tw@t, It hadn't occured to me when I took them apart that I'd have to put them back :o. that should be the worst job over and done :thumbsup:



Didn't have any Hovis handy will a bottle of beer do?
