Just wanted to say how impressed I am with J+S in Filton.  I bought a Furygan jacket from there last September.  Yesterday I took it back in - the metal part at the bottom of the zip had broken away from the actual zip fabric (not the zip coming unstitched).  They said they would send it off and get a new zip fitted - I was happy with this as there wasn't anything else wrong with the jacket.  Today I have just had a phonecall from them saying they have got me a brand new jacket instead of replacing the zip.  Quality customer service

They're good guys in there, I usually pop in just to say hello!


Used to work there before I went to university, they've usually got good stock in there at low price.

good post that...i live 2 ins form there...i got a frank thomas jacket with a duff pocket zip...wonder if they will replace it for a new one?? be kool if they did!! thanks for that pocket!!
