brake advise pleae

Ive been checking and cleaning my brakes for angelsey and found that when i remove the pads and pump the piston out there is a small amount of what i think is a seal or O ring getting pulled out. they seem OK for now what I'm after is a best option for me send away to be sorted or try and do them myself. How hard are they to do and costing, against up grading them??. :down

the seal stretches out with the piston,it'll be fine. :thumbsup:
