Took my RST leathers (that I bought in April) back to them last week as the zip pull on one of the sleeves had bust and the main zip down the front had the stitching coming away on it.
Well got a phonecall yesterday morning and picked them up, they replaced both zips and you can't tell they are new zips, all in 7 days good work from both Bikegear & RST, very friendly & helpful staff at bikegear (especially the ladies  ) I thoroughly reccomend Bikegear, RST & Jordan's Bikes Leeds

I don't know about your dealer so can't comment really (does sound like a top place though), but I'll whole-heartedly recomend RST leathers to anyone, had mine for 5 years at least, they've done close to and maybe over 200,000 miles on the road and track, been through 2 low speed and 1 high speed crash on the big bikes, and quite a few on the mini-motos.

the only reason I'm not going to continue using it on the big bikes now is it got damaged reasonably badly in the slide after meeting that cyclist, so now it's going to be a minimoto suit only, but it's definately given me my money's worth, I only hope the new SPIDI suit I've just ordered can live up to the RST standards (it better bloody had for twice the price of the RST)
