I dont get your point!!! Youve been caught bang to rights just accept it and move on.
he is accepting it but who in their right mind would accept an alleged speed unless the evidence proves it.
i'm all for 'do the crime etc but the copper has a job to do along with the cps and they must provide evidence to prove the offence.

as for solicitors.
if they tell you all the evidence is correct and you should plead guilty then there is little point in paying them to represent you in court.

for what your plate was worth (as in legality wise) yuou might aswell not bothered. :-\

Thats about sums it up first mistake was the plate  :LOL You were just asking to get nicked bikers have enough problems with the law so when you do something this stupid then what do you expect.

20 minutes to write it up ? I would love to know where you got this from  :rotflmao:

Im still in a bit of a quandry if you did not have a speedo how did you judge your speed in the 30mph and 40 mph restricted zones ?

Im looking forward to seeing how this all pans out now when is the court date ?

Good Luck

Ex father in law (QC) used this point amongst other minor niggles, to permanently wipe the smug arrogance from a "traffic" who expected his word to be gospel.
Impractical, I know before you start, but enough for a real brief to get his teeth into.
Even his fellow officers who were in to watch, were grinning as we exited stage left with a not proven and cost's awarded for a 3 figure speeding  :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
He was even asked to stay after we left, presumably for a rollicking on expected standards

Pity the poor fella he got next time though  ;)

Sorry to threadjack Mark, and good luck

Have you still not had your day in court then?  :banghead

What's in the pdf? Is it an 18 page apology for wasting your time  I would think probably not  :icon_boohoo:

I would think the best (only?) way to make it accessible is to host it on the net somewhere but I don't know where you could do that for free without registering and then being spammed.

Cheers,

BTW I'm in Beds as well, luckily I've not had the pleasure of meeting the undercover man in black on the road. Or perhaps he just never caught up with me  :giggle

likewise i would think you will either have to have it hosted somewhere (plenty of free webspace available you quite often find who ever is supplying your internet service will also offer some free webspace) or scan each page and save them as jpegs then you can host it at somewhere like photobucket or i guess post them into the thread.

where ever you do post it i would suggest removing details such as names address reg no.s etc. and thats not just your details but all involved.
