Tyre size

Does anyone on here use , or used before a 190/55 rear on a 600?
Reason I ask is 'cause there's a place near to me who has some old Michelin stock going cheap , but he only has 190/55 rears .
Obviously it's slightly taller than a 180/55 , does it affect the handling much ?

I know mine is a 750 but I use them all the time, I don't notice any diference untill I swap back to a 180 when i'm geting on the power coming out of a corner ( you can use more with the 190)

i use 190's now(NTECS are 190's or above, they don't do a 180).and thats what were on the bike when i got it, so thought i would at least try them. i also think the gsxr trophy lads are using them this year. TBH i haven't used them back to back against 180's. It seems a lot more 600/750 riders are using 190's in general from what i can see. Don't really know if it's because it's better of the fact that a lot are getting 'scrubbed' race tyres etc.

i use um and cant fault them, once ya have adjusted ya suspension to suit
