SBF Fallen Friends Rideout 2010

Proposed Date: 12/06/10 - 14/06/10.

Venue: Forest Holiday Park
            Ardgartan
            Arrochar,
        SCOTLAND
             G83 7AR

I have had discussion today with the campsite, unfortunately due to bank holidays, school holidays and notice these are the earliest dates I can arrange.

I have been informed that we will be made welcome, and they will ensure that our pitches will be together.

COST PER PITCH: Friday night £18, Saturday night £18 and Sunday night is £16.50

However you get a £2.00 sad person (single person) who has no friends discount.

They will allow for 2x 1 man tents on one pitch, therefore the cost can be shared between 2 people.
If your going in a van electric hook up is an extra £5 per night

ALL MEMBERS ON THE FORUM ARE WELCOME, THIS IS A OPEN FORUM EVENT, IF YOUR NEW TO THE FORUM YOU WILL BE MADE WELCOME

How to book Having spoken to Juliet you need to ring on 01301 702293, to book your pitch please let booking know you are with Superbike Forums so you are put on the correct pitches.

Once you have booked and confirmed your attendance, please post up your name:

All spam posts will be removed, no warning well technically you've had a warning

I know nothing about the ride-out route but please feel free to contact billalrebhan here is his profile link for pm's http://www.superbikeforums.co.uk/index.php?action=profile;u=917

Now the sad part, due to other commitments Cookie and I will not be attending, therefore remeber to bring your own food  :005_scry: :005_scry:

Sorry we can't make this either.  :005_ssad:

Too close to our 2 weeks away and its a weekend we are both working. It would cost me 4 days holiday to attend, even if they let me have the time off so.

Hope it's a good turn out anyway. Good luck

Bit to short notice for me, specially as I have not got a road bike at the moment as I only have one rebuild (thats again come to a dead stop) and one trackbike.

Does it have to be this weekend?

Seeing as many of the regulars  cant make this weekend why dont we make it later in the year end of august, beginning of september, which might suit alot of people better.can't see the campsite being a problem  Also give people time to sort holidays, fix bikes etc etc

What do you think?

Why not do a vote for available dates, I'll be ok for any although school holidays is always best as wifes off work so can travel early Friday and stay Sunday night.

Whatever is decided I'll be there.
