My RSV-R progress
« on: June 22, 2010, 01:58:32 PM »
Well I've done my intro & thought I had better stick some pics of my bike in working progress.

Sad to see it so neglected. :dunno

So time to start stripping it.

My mate Iain, stripped out the Data tool & started hacking the sub frame to fit the new seat unit.......

Time to make up some templates for the Carbon Fibre.

I got it from a mate, who had the bike garaged for 18 months & not even turned over during that time. I bought a new battery & it fired up on the second push of the button.

it just wants to be ridden :icon_boohoo:

& it will do soon.  I have had a blast on it already.

Glad you asked...... I haven't a fecking clue.  No really, it is to be trimmed up and then joined to the seat then blend in the seat unit.

I do, as it is part of my business.  I will do put something up in tech talk when I next do some CF work, then I can stick up a few pic's too.  You probably have paint sprayers on here but if anyone needs any advice on paint just give me a shout.

Finally........ I have been able to make a start on the paint work.  Got the paint done on the seat unit in the Team Phoenix Racing colours which I am still designing.
