seat height adjuster

hi, i,ve a cbr600rr c-abs has anyone fitted a ride height reducer on the rr and how difficult was it,also if i fit a power commander is it essential to fit an end can. cheers

Variety of ways to change seat height, some good and some bad. Depends on how much you want to spend.
Did mine properly with suspension rebuild at Kais for about £380. Was worth it not to compromise the ride of the bike plus I got it lowered a decent amount without needing to skim out the seat so my bum is nice and comfy. 

Can't help with power commanders I'm afraid.
