im gonna keep it simple i too got annoyed a few yrs back not cos of anyone being bitchy i never really noticed it i call it having a bit fun, trackdays whatever so what we are all bikers and should tolerate what ppl like. if you dont like trackdays then dont post or go and watch or if ya have never tried one then do it.... this forum has gone quiet since ive been back but so what lets get it up and running and less of the whining..... it could be worse there could be no forum full stop and we would have to join a shite yank one lol imagine that now that would be boring.....in my opinion we need to get back to basics the site for starters needs to be made a little easier on the eye ;)

also i think the admin and mods do a great job of giving us freedom to speak our minds without jumping all over us if you want an examply search a particualr vectra c forum and you'll soon experience heavy handed moderators and it spoils the fun.........

now lets have some positive feedback on moving this site forward, my problem is it takes me ages to get on a page could be the afghan shite net though lol

I think that's at your end, no probs loading here

Mark, Good comments there about making a positive contribution to the site rather than all the neggy posts ripping the site and it's members apart

Think we need to organise more rideouts/meet ups as well as the trackdays coz that's what we did when this site was at it's best

thats a good idea mate..............

what about having regional organisers??? there job is to arrange local rideouts and meets ??? doesnt have to be organised every week maybe once or twice a month, fast groups slows groups even just a jolly out im sure everyone can enjoy it. ive seen it on othr forums and works out quite well.....

I would enjoy that myself - like I said in an earlier post - I joined this forum to meet people - not just to talk.
shame it is not so common now but p'haps something may happen in the future just as a point of reference I am from the south west {Glos } maybe something courld happen in the future?

Any one got any ideas out there??

I read with intrest this post before replying all of it and didnt just skip to the last page  :005_sbiggrin:

I have been on this site a while maybe not as long as a few of you but long enough to see the diferences

yes this site is more track day than social but thats the way it is i have met a few people on this site who i now class as freinds and just met a newbie the other week Rhine74 and helped him out with a problem and sorted out a few ride outs with him he is new to my area and its a great way to meet if you do have to relocate.

I dont post as much as some people but i do post as i think you need to be part of the forum for it to work. I have seen some good assassinations of Newbie posts which have dissmayed me but then again I believe some of those posts were generated by trolls looing for some fun.

I like the site and dont have any problems with it I hope it gets better in these hard times when people have to sell up due to the problems of the economy

I know some people snipe at some of the things I have posted and I dot mind some of you know my job which does make it interesting on some of the replies to my posts

Keep the forum going from strength to strength in the summer it is harder as most bikers are on their bikes and not posting

Oh and I dont think im in any clique
