North East rideout - Sun 3 July

Our resident meteorological expert predicts fine weather with a chance of meatballs this sunday so who's up for it?

Meet at Washington Services southbound A1(M) around 11am (ish) then onto Hartside via wolsingham,stanhope and middleton (where we can pick up any suvvners from York/Leeds/Bishop).

I should be heading up to hartside on sunday but it will be my first ride in 2 years so I am going alone so I can potter about trying to remember how to ride before next weeks teeside track day. Might see you at the cafe

What sort of time would you be at Middleton, and would it be Middleton and not Highforce Hotel?  :LOL

If everyone gets to Washington for 11am we can fill up and leave for 11:15 - Middleton-in-Teesdale is an hour away (taking it steady) so 12:15 - 12:30 for those making their way there - that's Middleton town centre NOT High Force pub (although the coffee is nice there  :005_sbiggrin:)

Sorry guys, can't make - I think the rear wheel needs rebuilding before I ride the bike much further  ::) I'm going to have to try it up to Hartside sometime, but it ain't going to be tomorrow :(
