NP Rupert, did get out, must admit it wasn't a brilliant day for it, couldn't find my grove at all, and me tennis elbow was giving me jip

If you saw a badly piloted blue R1 wobbling round all the corners then it were me. Looked like it was going to pěss down too.

Must admit I was wondering where all this glorious sunshine was, roads were well slippy

I did see a GSXR with pillion - had an iridium screen I think. Didn't notice the roads being slippy but then I was concentrating on avoiding the ditches and verges!

  wasnt us mate, I wouldn't be allowed to fit anything as tasteless as an irridium screen 

I did fit gold levers once, she made me respray them black

How about Sycamores at Uppingham or McDonalds at Harborough (A6? roundabout) 10:00?

Takes me about an hour to get to Uppingham.

We could meet at Maccy D (Harborough) and then ride up to Uppingham

McD is good for me. Probably a bit closer and I've got the option of taking the shorter boring route on the A14.
