Am I right in thinking you can't mix Dot 4 with Dot 5.1 and that you need to clean the whole system out and replace seals when you change to 5.1 or is that an old wives tale?

dunno. i will clean it through anyway, i need to strip the calipers to clean them and its getting new lines  :005_sbiggrin:

I think that is if you're changing to DOT 5, as it is not compatible with glycol-based DOT 3/4/5.1.
