Been called into work 1415 start Sat ( ) but could 'fiddle' a little rideout as long as i'm back for 1530-1600 ish.

well , got fookin soaked !
alston to hartside was either hammering down or wet roads with rivers running across .
the higher we got the darker the sky got ! ( it was a good job there was a sign for hartside cafe )

Unfortunately i can't see a change in the weather this year Dave  , but if you don't take the risk then you will never get out.
Thanks for a go on your R1  ,  but think it needs dry weather to get a better idea of how capable it is, track day suspension settings not ideal for pěss poor road surface and greasy/wet conditions

Do you boys ever think of coming up to the west coast of scotland,where the big boys play,surely do-able in a day if you set off early enough,would love to take you up the A82/A83

thats some brake set up on the speed tripple ( not much fun in that weather ) ,

Was around  Biggar/Moffatt not that long ago Bill  . Great roads but not quite as far up as A82 , still a 320mile round trip for me. To do a run on the A82  I think would need a stopover

Well I could put you all up fer a night no problem,if the three of you are up for it just let  me know going to Spain for a couple of weeks tomorrow so won't be about much.let me know what you think and we will arrange something.
