a very smart helmet, i was looking at a black and green one a few weeks ago but decided against it as i'd just bought a new helmet and was in danger of becoming a collector 
and the money would be better spent elswhere, a shame though as i really liked the fit

I'd be claiming I think as the resale value will suffer (slightly) if left as it is and those imperfections on an otherwise mint bike will bother you. But if you are in two minds I'm sure you can get the bike back to how it was a fair bit cheaper than you've been quoted.

Hi will, like you I'm new to all this having recently passed so I can't really offer much advice apart from that I am 6ft and feel my gsxr600 is a real good size for me, so at 6ft 3" you might be ok but if not then maybe try the gsxr1000 (I presume it will be slightly bigger).
